Just got meself a Quadro FX 3d graphics card (for nowt :) ) and as Im not much of a gamer - Im now looking for some games to get.

Anyone recommend a really good game that I can get to see what quality is like.

I got some old games like unreal tournament etc but want to get some flight/racing/sim games that are new out that have outstanding graphics :)

Cheers

Quake 4 was released a fortnight ago. Great game and deffo pushes your system to its limits, but for those of you who played Doom 3 - this is the same only marginally better. :smw:

Go find a game called enemy territory. its free frm ID software. No Realy

I thought Quadro was made for CAD which tends to use OpenGL and not D3D

Live for speed... Dawn of War + Winter Assault and the Battlefield series are the only ones I play anymore, and out of all of them I'm playing Live for Speed the most... it is an awesome sim with wheels and pedals... try it with keys or mouse and it's nowhere near as fun

Stu - it does, but it also blisters through d3d games too.

On the Aquamark 3 bench my old Geforce 2 Titanium ran at 7fps (slowest max overdraw) - Quadro runs at over 68 fps

Also the TPS went from 3,345,503 upto 9,785,843
