Afternoon everyone,

My mate needs a basic web page set up and asked if I knew anyone who can do it. So what is needed and can anyone do it for me? :)

Cheers

Cheers T-Pot. So what is actually required to have a webpage? where does he register the name and host the page?

Vijay

http://www.123reg.co.uk/ are very cheap for buying the domain and you can change the a record to point to your isps ip address if you want to host elsewhere. If you wanted hosting with 123reg it starts at £1.59 a month - bargain. If you want some dynamic pages they support cgi with perl and no I don't work for them ;)

yeah but i work for http://www.ultraspeed.co.uk in the traders area :P

we may not be as cheap as the budget hosts, but members on here can vouch for service over price

plans start from £100 a year +vat plus 10quid for a domain name,

mike, im looking for a new hosting company for my sites, what deal can you do mate ?
