I washed her this morning before I came to work (only started work at 12:30 ;) ) so as it was such a nice day when I was leaving the house, I decided to bring the Zed to work. Now as I knew I'd be here all afternoon, and after a certain point nobody else would be, I decided to bring all my polishing stuff with me :D So I've just spent the last 2 hours polishing her :cool: she's all nice and shiney now.

 

Just a shame I've got another 2 hours to sit here and wait for the cleaners to finish and fook off before I can go.

 

Anyway, just thought I'd share this totally useless bit of info with you all :D

You can't beat 'em. :)

Just use a liquid wax like the autoglym one or use a toothbrush when its dry to get the polish out of all the nooks and crannies :D :D

I doubt you do, the reason that nobody is here, is because we don't have any work! Less than four weeks and we should know whats going to happen to us! As in, whether we have a job or not!!!

This post made me so saaaaad, i want my Zed back, been 8 weeks now :cry: :cry: :cry: its the simple things like taking her to work and polishing her for 8 hours I miss, now I get so bored I have actually been seen working :eek: :eek:

try turtle wax speed wax after cleaning your z wont give you the dreaded ache from normal dried polish

Nice sunny day, a Pint at local pub for lunch..cant be bothered to work in the afternoon....Clean and polish the car Instead :D

 

And she is looking GREAT (even if I say so myself :D)

I did mine last weekend, its been in the garage all week now cos i darent take it out in case it rains!!!

 

It'll be an inch deep in dust by the time it comes out.

 

Oh, and another cleaning tip: If you use autoglym super resin polish you can do the black surround on the rear window etc as long as you dont leave it on more than a few secs, brings it back to a nice shiney black instead off a dull grey.
