I was listening to Radio Wales this afternoon and I heard there's a big meeting taking place tonight between Farmers, Hauliers and the likes to discuss action regarding rising fuel prices and taxation. I thought about this for a while and realised that their timing couldn't be better, if the Government don't back down this time then they'll lose the General Erection. :D They sounded really determined this time and said they would "Do what they do in France". The radio interviewer said "But don't you think you'll be very unpopular" to which the farmer replied "Why? everyone is against rising fuel costs". Let's hope it does happen but this time I hope they don't listen to made up stories about the emergency services being crippled - what a load of shite.

All I can say is that a fuel shortage would'nt affect me at the moment cause I'm driving a little fooking 1.4 van,

On a serious note I did hear that Mr Howard was going for more discipline in Schools however I feel it is way beyond repair now:(

tory for me i was around in tory days and they were good and im just hoping that enough people see sense this time round..........btw this is my view and is in no way meant to demeen anyones elses view and my view is blinkered so no amount of debate would make me change my mind.....im poor also so the tory party isnt just for the rich to get richer

I think you're right, once a generation has been it's gonna be difficult to get people to change their ways because they'll have come from their elders! Would be nice if they did bring it back though, I'd enroll on a Cert-Ed course tomorrow :rofl:
