Really bad oil

Was having probs with my oil pressure dropping to zero at idle once my car warmed up. Advice was that th stock sender is crap but it was laways good untill recent. Did an oil change today, put in some Castrol Rs 10-60 and now oil presure is fine sites at 2 on idle never drops below YAY.

Im sure the oil pressure problem only started after i put in slick 50.

S if your car is showing 0 oil pressure try an oil change lol

I'll bear that in mind. Mine does a very similar thing although the drop-off is when driving rather than at idle.

Could well be the stock gauge mate. They are well renowned for giving false readings, same with boost and water temp. Have a little search, there is plenty of info on here regarding these issues.

Cheers
