I still don't know 100% your program yet that day (24th), but I hope we all have a drink together before your departure from Namur then! One german will be there for sure, i'll hope others may join us then, cause afterwards they continue their ride to the JapanClassicDays in Luxemburg, where i'll go on saturday then....

My mate can't get his passport in time he's known for months now, do we actually need a passport as it's Belguim part of the EU and all that, is everyone taking their's?

So far you drive as I understood from Calais To Namur, then chimey....

 

Calais --> Namur: 255km

Namur --> Chimey: 78km

I just read again the answers all arond here... For speeding, well, if 1 can afford the risc to drive to namur at 300km/h, don't forget the others must follow too... (to be honest I won't, I already paid my exceeds in the past :headvswal )

 

Also as i got a camera, if i come catch you up in calais with others, i'll ask you a little favor, like, let me drive to the next parking, the you start your trip so i can get all of you on the video passing a point... then i catch you up again and do some incar filming too... same on namur then :D

Outbound Route

Dover-Calais HOVERSPEED 24/6/2005 11:30

 

WHat time is everyone planning to get to Dover for ? Do we need to be there a certain time ahead of departure.

 

Most of us are going to end up hitting the M25 during rush hour that morning I reckon.

 

Perhaps we could arrange a convoy somewhere where we'll all be joining same routes.

 

Me and Greg are going to be coming from the SW along the M5(northbound) -> M4 (eastbound) -> M25 (counter-clockwise).

I'm still coming but without the Z yet again :( :cry:

Shame Mac isn't coming but at least our doors won't get sucked out then :D

Just had a phone call with the owner of the camping in Dinant and he said

that everything was OK for Friday.

My mates have dropped out so no point driving myself in my daily driver as the Z is off the road anyway.

I'm hitching a lift with the very kind Mr Greddy so if anyone wants my ferry ticket it's £70.
