The black one IS from pentroof as i emailed them for a spec list when it was up for sale and it was also on their web site, i have seen it before though in a pentroof video going round a track so i very much doubt that its a ringer!! my guess is that most tuning companies do a "show" car which yours looks like and then a "performance" car to show off their tuning abilities but bodykits are not important as they only add weight. Oh and yes the black one did have all the bits and bobs on it, i did have more pictures of it somewhere so will try to dig them up :) oh and as for price the pentroof black zed was up for 5 million yen so once you add duty etc on to it it would have been well over the £30k mark!!

OK. Look at the video. I've given you the link twice. All I'm saying is that the car on Yahoo is not the car in the video. Or at least, if it is, everything about it has been changed. The three photos of the Yahoo car are enough. Pause the video and compare images. Interior, exterior is different. The only similarity is that it is black.

 

I don't really care either way. I was trying to correct a misconception that the car in question was a famous film star.

I didnt say it was the one in the film!!?? :rolleyes: i just said many months ago that theres a pentroof zed up for sale...which there was if not a little expensive.

 

I'm sure pentroof being a large tuning company have several cars not just the 1 or 2 :smash:

Only problem is that it is all in Japanese! It's devoted to a stock 35Z, a Mines 350Z, Pentroof 300ZX and a shoot-out around Tsukuba circuit between a black PentRoof Z, a Silvia, an RX-7 and a Skyline GTR. Despite the language problem, the vision is great.
