I'm looking to rent a house that's a commutable distance to London Centre and fairly sharpish!

 

Anyone here know anyone looking to rent their house?

 

Looking to pay up to £700 for a 2bed with off road parking/garage & must be close to a rail/metro link!

£700!!?!? You're looking at least double that for what you are after within the M25. :cry: The mortgage on my little one bedroom FLAT in the middle of SCUMLAND is more than that, so by the time you add in council tax (at least £100/month) and bills etc it's gonna add up!

True, true... come to the 'Boro ... "the jewell of the fens"*.

 

Fast trains get to Kings X in 45 mins, slower ones are near an hour.

 

I live there (hey, no-one come and nick me Z - I have my grandma's old service revolver and I'm not afraid to use it) - and it's got a lot to commend it.

I'll see how that goes, the rental prices in SE used to be mental, now they're just plain stupid!

 

Saw a room to rent in a house, a fekn room in Watford, £525 per month you can get a four bed detached in a good area for that in Leeds area! fookin ridiculous it is.

 

htf do all the shadeys & fekn illegal immigrants afford to live in London????

 

I'm prolly gonna consider Reading, 30mins into paddington & then 15 mins on the underground. :) some cheep properties there too
