Boring for you long timers I know but I just can't get the hang of putting a pic in my signature. I've tried all the ways I can think of but now I've given up

Do you have to have your pic on a webb page or can you upload it from your pc????????

Picture must be hosted somewhere...ideal place is your rides section :

http://rides.300zx.co.uk/ Can add pics by clicking on the "edit your ride details" link in top right.

you then use [ img ]image url[/ img ] (remove spaces in the IMG tags for it to work). Image url is the path of the newly hosted image.

Carefull with the size of the picture, you want it to download quickly and obviously not take up too much space.

Avatars can be hosted or uploaded via the Avatar tool in your profile.

The pic can be located anywhere on the web, but obviously not on your local hard disk. The coding you have would be correct if you used a proper URL.

It's all here :D

Your avator needs to be a maximum of 100 x 100 pixels, if you have any probs reducing a pic, let me have it and I'll do it for you.
