being that i live 5 mins walk from these guys and hearing good things about them i took my motor there for a turbo timer upgrade on my clifford...after waiting half a day for it, paid the guys, walked round the back and my ariel was still up, AND BENT, didnt even get to the car, walked back and told them and they said they dont touch the ariels....what bolarks, sed well its up, so they went and 'did something to it', went back out there after they sed go and check it now, noone came with me..its still 1/4 sticking up so i bent it about and got it straight eventually.
Its so obvious they treid to push it down or something after it didnt go down when the T timer kicks in and ignition cuts (because of that green wire cut mod u have to do by the ariel)...we were just literally standing there looking at each other, what could i do..so i just turned and left...luckily ive bent my ariel back straight now and done the mod so all is well, but i certainly wont EVER go back there..shame really cos i expected big things with them and a high level of professionalism, instead all i got was someone rushing a job. to make it worse they said..all you have to do is switch the radio off, but that only works when the ignition is off, you have to cut that wire when you have a t tiimer, and they werent having any of the ariel thing either...very irritating.
