Well I have to express my opinion of Nisstechs customer service and there ability to perform even basic observations of goods sent out (when they eventually manage to) to customers.

 

My present experience would only suggest that these people shouldn't be let loose to sell parts for a tricycle never mind parts for high performance cars.

At last my patience has run out as in the world I live next week actually means next week, however for Nisstech (S.E. Silvia/ N.E.) (I think I understand the ever changing trading names) it means at least 6weeks.

 

Also I'll definately ring you back means that he'll definately ring me back.

 

I'm sorry we've sent the wrong parts but, I'll get the right part out to you next day means A) the right part and B) the next day.

 

The inconvenience is annoying enough, but the additonal cost to myself I cannot nor will accept. + The people further along the chain that feel I've fooked them about because I have been let down, (well basically not told the truth). That gauls me the most because they are then reluctant to deal with me infuture, or I've had to pay for time booked in and no car for them to do their respective jobs.

 

I'm sick of people that even when you say I want to know the reallity thus enabling me to decide. Tell you bull sh1t just to get your credit card details, charge you and fail to meet their part of the contract. Then send either wrong parts or parts that are not only incapable of doing the job they have been sold for, but then upon compaints being made, send more parts of equal uslessness.

 

If you want my opinion. I'd say don't use these people. If you wnat to know why call me on 07771716315. IT's my opinion and I can justify why I have it.

Mark you are not the first and I would put large sums of money on it that you would not be the last to experience the infamous SE customer service/care package

I think your right there Ryan. Defo a slick B.S. operation though I'm that peed off about the extra cost I'm going to have to foot because They just seem to send any old tat out without checking it. After it was stressed to them that If they were unsure that they could get it right on this occasion to let me know as I could have a local firm make the correct bits in time and meet appointments for. Camber, Tracking 4 wheel alinement etc. MOT then down to the body shop to have new bumper fitted and pack 99 spec bumper up for friday to collect on Saturday.

 

Not only did I have to pay for the Alinement, the car cannot be sorted for another week, I'm going to have to pay to have the front end removed now because I aint got time. Then because the bumper will not fit in my car I'm going to have to hire a van to take up new bumper and collect 99 spec bumper for Liegh as his car is in the body shop on Monday. Hence I will also have to pay for, or pee around fitting new bumper myself. When if the body shop do it and scratch it they have to fix it. If I scratch it I have to pay pay pay because they never noticed that firstly they sent after a 6 week delay the wrong ajuster arms for the HICAS eliminator and wrong eliminator. Then they sent arms too long with clockwise thread on both ends and trackrod end with clockwise thread. Erm how is this going to work and in the mean time they haven't kept 1 single promise or comittment and I'm the one at a lost in time and what is now starting to amount to a substancial sum.

All off which is directly as a result of their false promises and actions.

 

Well I think they have had more than 3 opertunities to make things right and each time just given me BS. So I think its time to see my company solicitors for a compensation claim and inform my friends and club members that I have had a bad experience so the should take care.

funny, ive heard a lot about S.E on this site, and i cant remember anything positive. Hope everyting works out mate. Nothing worse than spending a load of money on nothing!

Christ mate, sounds like you're having a right time of it :( I'm all too familiar myself with the broken promises scenario...really p1sses me off to. Would it make things easier for you if I collected the bumpers from wherever they are now and bank transfer the funds instead instead of picking them up from yours and giving you cash? Am definately free on the Sunday now, leaving mine around 5pm.

Why is it that people behave like this. I run my own busines and in the last 9 yrs I've only lost 3 customers. 2 went bump and 1 we decided not to deal with. I still have over 200+ customers who we deal with week in week out. Things go pear shaped, thats a fact of life, but if people are straight then you can work round things and nobody is agreived.

 

Leigh its not your fault mate, I'll have the bumpers their as I said I would and I'll take it up with the parties I have my problems with. So i'll Pm you directions.

ahh - yes - SE's customer service can let them down - in their defence they have staffing problems at the moment - however SE is PeterR - and no one knows more than peter. My sympathy - my car has been there since February but it wont be going anywhere else.

Pete the score is that I'm so busy I just keep intending to drop in with them but my days and time just keep getting knacked up. They are in a box under the stairs in my Deeside Office. If you can pop up anytime before 17.30 and just give one of the girls or John the dosh and take em because I don't want to keep saying I can get there and not make it. Or I could get em sent TNT or someone, but you'd have to send the dosh first.

Sorry mate I posted my details and they've removed them. I'll text em to you now.

I had a bad one with SE a looong time ago when I was a lad, wont go into detail but it was a biggie and I was not a happy bunny. Still its all water under the bridge and I learned a lot from the experience.

 

from the time I spent there "back in the day" they seemed massively snowed under with work and took on far more than thier facilities and staff levels would allow to completed in a timely manner.

Text me please. cannot get this sorted until I know how much and where to.
