how do you change pics

hi can some 1 tell me how to change the pic on the left under my name and how to have a pic at the bottom off all my threads?

    Click the UserCP option and then click Edit Avatar to change the image on the left. I think you're restricted to one of a few standard ones unless you subscribe.

     

    To alter your signature, click on Edit Signature in the UserCP. Again, I don't know if you have to be subscribed to put in images.
