Kwit Fit muppets

One side of the undertray dropped on my daily driver (mysteriously not long after it had been in a main dealer)...

Anyway, took it into Kwit-Fit Saturday morning because I had the Z jacked up, and I was buggered if I was taking all that down to sort the other car out...

...so he sticks it on his ramp, has one look at it, comes back in reception and tells me it's all well shagged and it was strictly a main dealer job, and it's all got wedged cos I've been driving around like that etc (which I haven't.)

So just now I go outside, I jack the front up, I have a look under there and I find two missing bolts. Well, screws actually, with Torx connectors on (German fools), and I find another million screws where the undertray -hasn't- dropped - so I nicked two of the screws from where they've over-engineered it, I put those screws in the missing holes, job done, no more scrapey scrapey on speed ramps.

Whether it will stand the down-draught at 110 mph I've yet to find out of course

If Mr Kwik-fit just couldn't be arsed, why could he not just say that? I was the only customer in, so it's not like they were busy...
