Does anybody know a supplier of kits for twin exhaust cars?

Most I've seen only work with one spark plug and you have to buy two kits.

 

I'm not after the ridiculous gas type that gives 10 foot flames, just to light up any unburnt fuel.

 

I know this could turn into a group buy ;) :rofl:

Sounds like you are only getting half the bits to me.

If it's just a switch, relay and coil I don't see how you will get sparks unless you sit there pressing the switch on and off.

Tricky when changing gear at 6000rpm!

thats what i thought, must run of cars ign. coil pack , sort of split of one of the plugs, doggy if you ask me, and indipendent system would be better IMO

Well at least I'm not going to be the only ricer on here then. Yeah I've had neons for almost a year (never actually used them on the road :eek:) but don't fancy the flamer kit myself :(.

Not so! The turbulence at the back of the car means that the air coming from under the car hits the back bumper. Try going on a long journey then take a look at the back of the car - its like you've driven there in reverse lol. Another trick is drive with the boot open - you can smell the exhaust....

Some of the kits are just insane.

One comes with a fuel pump and spray jets to put fuel in the exhausts for 5 second+ flames.

I'm sure that's going to end in a fireball!

 

Are these insurance approved? :D

 

My tailpipes are removable and part hidden by the rear bumper so I can just stick a plug in about 3 inches from the exit.

I could remove them complete with plugs in seconds if needed ;)

 

Not sure if it is as easy to fit or as safe for a stock backbox.
