I have rebuild a computer for a friend and installed xp pro. I have also installed all the latest patches (sp1) etc. Now I have 28 days to activate. I don't suppose any one has access to the above, I promise not to leak onto the net or anything. If you could pm me that would be great :D

 

I think I have a work around as my installation is not kosher but I think I needed to use the key before sp1. I have tried my key using findkey.exe which was a corp one but it wont work after install of sp1.

 

Also my pid is 649 which is not good as I guess M$ will kill all machines without a pid of 640 in some later sp, so if you have a key that generates a pid of 640 I would be eternally grateful.

 

As a last resort I guess I can phone M$ with some bull and get a new key from them.
