By some freak of nature I have still got a clean licence :D

 

Just wondered how many points people on here have. :nono:

I have been banned twice and don't own a z (yet)

totaalled up too many points first time, speeding/undue care and attention etc. second DD and IN10

recently got photographed in my Mrs Renault Sport Clio Cup 172 doing 42 in a 30, we lied and sand we didn't know who was driving, they sent a letter back saying tough, yopu have to tell us or your liable, so put my name down, now still got all paper work at home, how long untill thay can't do anything as I am waiting ages before I sent the form back, any one know ?

 

They've got 6 months to summons you, and I doubt they'll forget. They will tell you that you "have to" tell them who was driving but thats bull - stick to your story, get a solicitor. I mean - if you get accused of murder and are obviously innocent then the onus is not on you to solve the crime is it? Speeding is a crime, murder is a crime, the principals are the same.

 

You might be ok if you spelt your name wrong on that too though :tongue: ;)
