I got pulled today by the same cop who stopped me for driving while on the phone (when it was at home) a while ago. He was following me round the one way part of lancaster so i was doing exactly 30mph. Came to a corner at the bottom of town, went round still doing 30 and when i pulled up in the car park to go shopping he was behind me, got out and started going on about doing me for not having full control of my car round the corner! I ended up saying my car could have gone round just as easily at 60 and after he complained about that i told him i needed to go shopping and if there wasn't anything else i was going.

 

Is there anything i can do to get him to f**k off? I didn't get his officer number so will i have to wait till the next time he pulls me for no reason? :xxx: :xxx: :xxx: :xxx: :xxx:

All you need to do is get his collar number and the station he works out of and put a complaint in about him, he will then have (if the sgt is switched on) a pocket book entry about it and if you complain again for good reason he can be got for harrasment...:xxx: gives others bad names.....

I think his brother is in southend, I had a copper go around me old orion checked the tyres and the tax disk 4 times, looked under the arches around the back under the engine bay I think he was trying to show his female officer (she was fine) his power!

 

the best he could come up with was "your bonnet does'nt fit properly" I said im not suprised its off an escort, managed a smile off the bird but the coppers face priceless

No, he threatened me with a producer both times but never gave me one. He also threatened to get some of his colleagues to come and go over every part of my car with a microscope. :xxx:

Cary a dictaphone and remain very calm throughout, be polite, agreeable etc. Get him to endorse he has pulled you over before. Make sure he agrees you were not speeding etc all the obvious stuff, dont tell him about the tape.

 

Then go see his boss. What you do from there is down to you.
