After a few months there was a problem with some glue appearing on both rear windows of the Merc.
Without hesitation they sent an engineer who replaced both rear opening tints and said that they had experienced a few compatibility problems with the felt pads on Mercedes and were now using a different glue.
To avoid any future problems, and without me asking, they replaced the front opening tints at the same time.
It is a pleasant surprise to get good service from a garage, so I thought I would take the effort to give them some recognition.
