I get so p!ssed off when driving along a B-road when around the corner suddenly there's, for example, an 11 year-old trotting along on a horse on the road.

Surely there should be a lower age limit for being in control of such a large, and potentially dangerous, animal on the road  !

Then the 11 year-old will start directing traffic around her - horseriders are not insured remember! So if the horse flips and kicks a big hole in your car there nothing you can do but sort it yourself

An auntie of mine had a horse go apeshit while she was waiting to pass and kicked and damaged her car! She lost her no-claims because of it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm as cautious around horses as anyone, but I still sit fuming in my car when I see thins sort of thing.

Rant over

Pete
