Anyone know the owner of this Zed? It's my old one I sold in 2013. Seems the current owner has been conned by a garage & it's been left to rot. Need to find the owner I'd love to see it saved. In the Cardiff area.

If you haven't done it already, first do a HPI check on it. Assuming there is no finance on the car, you can go further. If it does have finance you can't reclaim the car until that fully paid off.

With the HPI you will get the current owners name etc, if it's just been abandon in some other yard then you will struggle unless the great group of guys on here can help.

Managed to speak to the owner. It's still the same one I sold it to. He knows where the car is. The guy who's meant to be welding & painting it has moved premises & left a few cars behind for some reason. Just hope he collects it soon as I've been told it's in a bad way now, much worse than the picture.

That's sorry to hear, always like to see these types of cars saved.

It may have been abonded as it needed more work than owner has to spend on the car? It it needed engine, gear box, rusted badly in arrears that needed taken cared and so forth. I'd certainly have a good look round the car.

Oh! Forgot to say, I would still HPI the car. I work regularly with them, and you would be amazed at what they go and reclaim, even if it has next to no money owed on then them.
