Strange goings on in settings.

Hi Guys, quick one. recently, say the last week, when someone replies in one of my posts, and "Quotes" it, i get an email telling me someone has quoted as well as an email telling me someone has replied....Strange

 

Any ideas, have i ticked something accidentally?
