So far i have not allocated any to anyone apart from 1 red key for Bedzedman (chris). So yes but before i get a whole load of "dibs" requests ill wait till yhey get here before offering them up.

Sorted with this - thanks.

Not yet, might be tricky finding someone to do it.

I just took mine to somewhere local, they didn't ask, I didn't tell, cut it fine. I remember reading somewhere the replicas are quite a cheap/soft alloy

You're right there. Your man was very confused about it, and he said my other key was much stronger! Got it cut on the second attempt and he said it was melting in the machine.

It works but it's not quite right. The edges are rough and you have to struggle a bit with it in the locks. Could it damage the locks or ignition barrel?

This often happens the rough edges can easily be taken off with a needle file but tape up the head of the key so if you slip you dont scratch the posh bit ( not speaking from experience at all)

 my da did just that a few minutes ago and it's fine now. Still slight resistance to turn in the ignition barrel but nothing I'm worried about.
