Anyway I can charge a laptop battery off the laptop

My daughters Advent Monza T100 Laptop will not run off the charger or charge the battery,which now is flat, anyway I can charge it off the laptop so we can recover her pictures from it.

 

PCWorld looked at it and said the fault was on the motherboard so not worth repairing:thumbdown:.

 

Any help appreciated Paul

    Just remove the hard drives and and recover info from a sata drive docking station and then connect to another comp and transfer. Docking station can get frim 20quid up.
