Customs Clearance with USPS

Hi all,

 

Anybody know how I can pay the charges with USPS? According to the website my parcel is sat in customs!

 

Any info would be great

    Customs should have sent you a letter/invoice if it's with them. Probably some jobs worth not got round to doing it yet. Give them a call and ask what the hold up is.

    Sat in UK customs, having come over from the USA?

     

    Then they will write to you and most probably be Parcelforce that will do this and handle it, once you have the letter you can pay online and then it will be released :cool3:

    If you can always use FedEx for importing. They pay the customs charge for you so it doesn't hold up your order. You then just pay them back, simples.

    That's what I normally do mate, didn't realise this seller uses USPS.

     

    If I ring parcel force to chase it up anyone think I'll be told to **** off?
