another weird computer issue

hey up pc guru types!

 

ive got another strange on that ive not come across before.

 

on my laptop (win 7) i occasionally cant move the pane scroll bars on the right and bottom of screens. it doesn't seem to matter what program i'm in. i first noticed it in chrome, but also other programs like outlook etc.

 

does anyone have any ideas where to start? and yes, i have tried turning it off and on again lol!

    Check touchpad settings, if your using tap to click i have seen some modern driver packages with options of auto right click, if it things your trying to do that when trying to grab the scroll bar then it wouldnt let you scroll.

     

    Try plugging a proper mouse in and see if it goes away.
