Oh wheres the start button "ITS GONE!!" Noo

LOL They're copying Gnome by the looks of things, may as well convert your users to Linux desktops now bud, they cost less, are more stable and by the looks of things, if everyone needs to learn an entirely new way to use a computer in Windows 8, they may as well learn how to use something that saves the company money in the process. lol

yer they only problem is the software i have spent years writing in c# is for windows as it intergrates with tapi and our nortel bcm450!, and we all use alot of windows based programs!!, our systems not too bad last month i went out and baught 22 new 120gb ssd's! lol made a big difference, dont matter size as all our storage is on a nas!,

yeah the SSDs will speed up the main systems quite a bit if you're using them as the primary drives, nice one. Tis a shame everything's written in c#, makes it a little difficult to do much with, if it was just C++ you could easily migrate it, MS only introduced the c# to lock people into their OS and it worked :(
