last week my sky handset controlled the tv volume etc, now my young lad took the batteries out for his x box controller without me knowing and now after replacing the batteries it doesnt alter the volume ? what has he done ?

 

can it be undone ?? ive looked in the set up menu but cant see anything in there ......anybody work for sky ?
