Here is our new motor. We got rid of the supra for it because becks does over 100miles a day and we have little abby now :)

 

A Much better car than the supra in everyway, faster, handles and brakes better.also faster than the GSI Even has the tan leather

 

We can get 55mpg easy out of it and it has 204hp and 300ft/lb and soon to be mapped to 250hp and 440ft/lb :tt1:

 

Yes its a very good car and i would give it a soild 5 star car. but its to good and that makes it boring if you know what i mean. no drama or excitment lol!!!

 

 

 

 

 

Jobs i have done are loads of carbon inside, chrome surrounds around the switches and clock rings and a alluminium dash trim.

Make it look more modern because the dash was just black.

 

outside i have fitted carbon fiber badges all round, Halo headlights, black grills, bottom fog light covers and exhaust trims :)

Nice, one of the best Daily drivers you can get imo. Some topend alloys (hartage, alpina, other bmw option..etc) would make all the difference to the looks.

 

Im looking at either a e46 330D or e39 530D for my DD next.

 

The 3series has a younger/sportier look to it, but I prefer the 5series really, has that extra quality and refinement. Would be happy with either though.

There really isnt much differance is there, the only really differance is the arches i think?

Looking good Alan. its Quite understated in Black. Most noticable differeence between the two is coupe vs saloon.

 

But if you were comparing the same shape I think the bumpers are different (lower) and the front and rear arches give it a wider stance, and the front wing grills and the quad exhausts ?

 

Only so much manufacturers can do really. I think the most noticable M-car difference is with the E30 M3.

remember mine is a vert not a coupe, just looks coupe with the hardtop on lol

 

differences are bumper's, skirts, front wing's, rear arch's, door mirror's oh and the fook off straight six engine in front lol

oh and as strange as its sounds it actually classed as a blue color lol

lol!!! Mine is shaphire black, yeah been in a M3 i rekon once the D is chiped and on the move it would have the edge over a stock M but at higher speeds when the hp kicks in the M will have it:2guns:

never been over about 115-120mph in the M3, seems driving about in a shitty astra diesel for a year has calmed me down lol

i dont drive fast. the nice thing with the D is the 300ft/lb starts at 1500rpm to 5000rpm so it just makes for a really nice effortless drive :)

turn the DSC off and they can be a very involving drive (the m3), can be fun and easy to hang the ass out

Not turned it off yet. I find on the b roads it gives just enough slip in the bends before it kick in. but the tc light always seems to be flashing when you boot it.

thats the prob with the emfree, it takes a lot to get the light to flash and your going that fast you darent look anyway lol

oh yeh, vert.....I meant its based on the coupe body though. The Hardtop roof is good though, verts are usually ugly with the roof up but the hardtop looks great.

I dunno, I think they look very different at first glance. Black (or blue ;)) hides a cars lines though.

 

Its never going to stand out like a 300zx, but I definatly notice M3's on the road over the 3series.
