Hi guys, this is what happened.

 

I turned from cleveland road towards uxbridge road at about 3:27pm today, there was a black 4 door audi coming up behind me very fast and he wasnt happy with my turn. He was coming too close to my back but there were cars in front of me and i couldnt go anywhere, in the mirror i could see two guys in the car and they were showing me their fingers. Then we came up to a traffic light and they got down from their car and came up to my window. i had two passengers in the car and no where to go so it was a difficult situation. the whole time they were swearing and asking me if i want a fight, and one of them kicked my door, LUCKY no damage (fresh paint). Anyway the light turned green and so i managed to get away quick. Called police and told them what happened, luckily i got the registration number.

 

The driver was in his late 40s or early 50s, the passenger was probably in his 30s. The police didnt seem too interested when i spoke to them and this made me really mad. In the eyes of the law it seems like i would have to be beaten up for the police to be interested in this case.

 

Anyway thank god no damage, although i will definately be looking out for them around uxbridge, and i hope that anyone on this forum living around uxbridge will keep an eye out for them as well, if only to stay away from them. I have the registration number so if anyone wants it let me know, i am not sure if i can post it here.

i wouldnt do it either and i dont know a couple of blokes who for 30 quid each will trash his car and break his wrists, ..............i wouldnt find out where he lives and drive by one night with a rubber glove full of nitromors and i certainly wouldnt throw it at his car cos that would be criminal

its a joke how the police "do their job" they just dont care, i was rammed off the road by a van driver not looking where he was going and they were more intrested how i could afford a high powered car at my age

Hahah some creative suggestions here. I was thinkin more of casino royale interrogation style i.e. whack his balls under a chair.

a note about the police though, im surprised that they dont pursue the owner of the car precisely because they cant find it! maybe its stolen or involved in crime, arrent they curious about it?

I think the police have given up to be honest because even when they do catch the little Dean R Koontz, the Crown Prosecution Service throw out the case due to lack of evidence. I know this because my ex works for the police as a civilian and collates evidence for court etc - he used to talk to the rozzers who would bust their balls getting the little bar stewards only for their efforts to count for nada. So its no wonder they just eat doughnuts all they, they still get paid don't they?

sorry to hear this n8 what a nightmare, its not the police its the crap laws we have, even if they did fine the car an the bloke, then its ur word to his, no hard evadence, its not nice to here i know, but i would say leave it, u'll just get stressed over it even more, just make sure all ur m8's keep a look out for it an let u know, (i didnt say this) take matters into ur own hands, dont get me wrong im not a big believer in violence, but sometime u have have to to make them learn, also, find someone that works for the dvla, people love money :wink:

(*Disclaimer* I would never do this, neither should you :) Just keep his registration written on a piece of paper stuck to your sunvisor, keep yours eyes open, maybe one day you will see the car, little bit of following, confirm the driver, then, erm, start planning, eye for an eye... Probably best if your not in your zed tho, i think he'll recognise it somehow, maybe give his reg to as many of your trustworthy mates as you can, I know I'd keep my eyes open for mate who got shafted like that... Thinners....? Anyway, don't do anything like that because it's bad, mmmmmkay? ;-)

 

dont hurt the car hurt him, dont have to do a lot just enough to make him pay an scare the shit out of him, watch him for a wile, know his movments, get a van an some mates with masks, grab him hood him tie up, take to abondon barn an scare the shit out of him, these people got to learn not to f**k with u.
