Very sad day for rocket ronnie's gtr

I remember seeing Rocket Ronnie's R33 GTR up for sale a while back; £40k I believe.....

sadly, the 209 mph TOTB legend is no more

Hopefully the new owner will breathe some life back into the old girl and have it ripping up the tarmac again in the near future

Wondered what happened to it, must of been a good 8 years ago I remember it first appeared

"its been valued at £3250-£3500" LOL for a standard bare rolling shell. by who ?

edit: price prob not as bad as I first thought, just realised the price complete cars are still comanding.

I'll find out what it went for... to be honest though my thoughts when my mate was telling me about it were that its had the arse knocked out of it, Id rather have a standard GTR shell. Surely with 1000bhp through it it'll have mishapen and weakened it somewhat

It was a hell of a car, But after every totb Ron almost had to to a full rebuiled. It was so unreliable :wack:
