You would think after spending a week at the Grove hotel and relaxing/training they could have performed better.

They keep saying England arent performing - the reason is that they are an average team. When you play against another average team such as Montenegro, a win is never certain.

 

England need to drop the has beens and massive ego players such as Gerrard, Terry, Lampard, Rooney. Get rid of them and build the team around players like Adam Johnson!

Regardless of what Montenegro are, I would say they are more than part timers seen as they are top of the qualifying group. Country may only have 700,000 people but only 11 men on the pitch at any one time!

Doesnt matter who the manager is if he doesnt get instant results he will be hounded out by the media as usual, but people expect results so there is logic. There are too many overpaid underachievers as I call them, they have created their own style, ie am a celebrity now. For me being Scots as for the England Team, i'd say there are probably a lot of skillful, hungry clever players in the championship that would do a better job, they would want to give 100% for their country, not like the Terry's/Lampards etc that u guys have now. Time for change me thinks, with the money Capello is on as well he fits into the same style as the players for me.

I used to love football but am fast losing interest. Over the years I am no longer bothered which foreigner Chelsea are buying :no: or Man U have bought - I just do not care :surrender: I do still care about my team Palace though, not as much as I used to and no longer go and see them but I would if it fit in and I certainly watch every minute when they are on live.

Last nights game - I just watched the odd five minutes and what I saw was awful stuff, I saw enough from the team and manager in the World Cup, I was watching Americas Next Top Model on Living, so you could say like you all I was watching some girls prance about in front of the camera :lol: :lol:
