Calling anybody near penzance!

I'm after a HUGE favour, someone in Penzance has some wheels that I am absolutely desperate for, but the place is nearly 400 miles from me! :cry:

 

So is anyone local able to collect the wheels and I can send a courier down to pick them up? The seller wont allow it for some reason. I will pay direct for the wheels and can pay any helpful member a bit for their assistance. Pretty please :w00t:
