Help! Selling the micra!

Hate it, needs new track rod end and ball joint as well as sorting out the rusty arches - gonna sell it straight on. Already had loads of enquiries as I've put it on the intranet at work - got someone coming to see it 1st thing - EXCEPT - nolog book back yet as not had the car a week.

Any ways round this or anyone got any good excuses I can use?!
