I spoke to my boss earlier today, we were ment to be dong a team building thing this comnig weekend but have cancelled it due to awkwardness with one of the reps so we didnt actually book anything...
Anway long story short he asked me to look at organising it and doing something.
Problem is I really dont know where to start as to what to do. There will be like 6 of us (small company!) Two guys who are like 50/60, two that are 30 ish and another guy and me who are early (ish!!) 20's
Has anyone got any ideas as to what we could do that isnt going to bore me to death but isnt going to kill the oldies!
Boss also wants to go abroad somewhere, poland or something!
