I spoke to my boss earlier today, we were ment to be dong a team building thing this comnig weekend but have cancelled it due to awkwardness with one of the reps so we didnt actually book anything...

 

Anway long story short he asked me to look at organising it and doing something.

 

Problem is I really dont know where to start as to what to do. There will be like 6 of us (small company!) Two guys who are like 50/60, two that are 30 ish and another guy and me who are early (ish!!) 20's

 

Has anyone got any ideas as to what we could do that isnt going to bore me to death but isnt going to kill the oldies!

 

Boss also wants to go abroad somewhere, poland or something!

Pub crawl!!lol.

I was more thinking an excuse to do some off road driving or something?

I went to Mercedes Benz world in Weybridge last month for a gig, but they have the driving experiences to suit all. There might be something in your area that do something similar, but to be honest its not much of a team building exercise more a fun day out.

Have a look at this company, i do a fair bit of work for them, but the main bulk of their business seems to be team building, should have loads of ideas.

Well when I say team building, its a way or burning some profit (although i wish they would just give it me) and generally larking about for a weekend LOL

 

Cool will take a look at these guys, I love to go to germany and go in the ring taxi, but im the only petrol head that works for the firm!

depends how old your guys are?

For my work we organised a 2 day event with a night out in the middle, paintballing the first day which was fantastic then straight back to hotel, changed ready in the hotel bar few pints then out for slap up dinner and out in town..........then next day off go-karting! then after the karts that was it do as you please, rooms where reserved for another night out or could go home.

 

This was way back last year and the guys still have good crack about it.
