But the instructions say to take one every 30 mins. So taking one as soon as you're given them isn't following the wording of the instructions.

 

i see where youre coming from but if a doctor hands you some pills and tells you to take one every half hour, you take the first one straight away don't you? not wait half an hour first :confused: youre told to take one every so often so the previous one is given a chance to do it's stuff and you don't start to OD on them. speaking as a fully qualified doctor of course :tongue_smilie:

 

...and yes I know doctors don't hand out the pills chemists do!

 

...but seeing as the question is too open to debate you can have your point if you want! :tongue:
