Didn't want to clutter up SI's thread on exhausts.

 

Anyway, saw you had got a custom set up done, who did you use, I really need to get mine changed but am new to all this and want to go somewhere people trust to do a decent job.

 

If any of the other local guys read his and have any recomendations please feel free to chip in.

my mechanic james does complete custom exhausts does it all himself, he has been at me for ages to get mine done. he uses this special grade steel not sure on the number he called it but they do look good when complete, his number is in the garage section if your interested

If you don't mind me asking what sort of money we talking for a cat back system from them. Also how long did it take them to put a system together.

Price will vary mate,cause you get to choose wot back box you want and wot pipes are coming out the back or if you want a quad system or a single each side,best to go down and talk threw wot you want mate and thay will give you wot you want,as for time depends if its a full system or just back box,but 9/10 times thay can do it in a day but you will definately need to book it in mate.:D

The guys at C and C built a silencer for my custom single exit system on my TT. My mate welded the rest of it up but I asked for two extra rings around the end and they done it no probs. The custom silencer cost me £120 but that was a few years ago.
