I'm a bit gutted about this to be honest.

I managed aquire 2 free platinum tickets in Copse A for today. Along with a free kangaroo tv rental which allows you to listen to the team radio, switch to in-car camera views etc. Also had two VIP passes from Santander which give you access to certain zones that are usally restricted to the public.

 

Unfortunatley I coudn't get the time off of work. So I had to pass the tickets onto my cousin who is there now, hopefully having a good time.

 

The adgenda for today if I remember rightly is two F1 practice sessions, The Porche Cup practice session, the BMW practice and qualifiying session and the RAF Falcons air show, along with some GP2 stuff.

I've just read that, If all 8 teams go it will be the death of F1 as we know it. Although there are fresh teams waiting to come in, the fans will follow the established teams and drivers.

 

I personally hope it does happen. It will inject a fresh approach to the sport. Designed from the ground up by the current teams.

 

Saying that every team will have their own agenda when setting the ground rules to give them an edge.
