mates rates, would be a lot more for you bud, ive done a lot of work on my mates house over the years and he saud he would offer me this for the price quoted

even if you get stuck dude you could always sell the m3 at a good profit and take a bit of a dive on the zed if needed to shift could then put all the funds toward the car your really after it's a win win situation plus you get to play about with an m3:D

problem is though, the insurance on the car will not be sorted for a month or so yet, im gonna miss out on the zed if i wait that long

 

if i miss out on the zed i may take it for a few months and try and make a few quid on it
