The big shows are coming up soon. JAE (at the East of England Showground, Peterborough, 20-22 July) is the biggest Japanese car show of the year with loads of stands and other clubs. The Z-club show (at Billing Aquadrome, Billing, Northants, 13-15 July) is 300ZX.co.uk's main show of the year with our AGM. So... will you be going to either? Or both? Or neither? Also, will you stay more than one day? The camping / drinking are legendary.

Would any one be up for a meet on Sunday 19th August ? Have attended the Classic Car Show at Chatelerhault Country Park for the last umteen years, mainly with my past yanks tho. Asked them if it would be possible to have a few application forms sent out to me, and explained about the club,, and they offered us a club stand !! For those thats never been, there are 2 fields. One for the Max Power brigade, and the main field, in front of the Country House for Yanks, Classics, Ferrarris, Harleys, Kits etc, etc. Badmonkey attended a few years back just after he bought my old Zed, and it got plenty of attention ! ;) There are food stalls, beer stalls…

Leaving at Midnight from London. Lots of Tunnels, Bridges then off to the Coast for a 'DAWN RAID' and Hog Roast. Sounds good. I have the option of going to a party, not drinking and then doing this. or just get hammered if no ones interested :p http://www.candyrun.tv/3rdlondontunnelrun.htm

Hi folks Not got much time to sort this out as an alternative for the people who still want to go somewhere instead of billing so here goes. The place is Cat and Fiddle Inn, A537 Buxton Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 0AR and it is the second highest pub in the UK. Suggest meeting there at approx 11.30am. Websites for more info: http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/25/2584/Cat_and_Fiddle_Inn/Macclesfield http://www.rigsville.org.uk/roads/catandfiddle.asp Attached is a PDF showing the approximate location of the pub. Cheers Pete

There's a choice of two? 1. The dog and fox, a pub by the common great venue for the mrs and kids, they can go on the common or go shopping in the village, bad side is there's not a massive amount of parking! 2. The tea rooms right in the middle of the common, loads of parking space and a nice venue for mrs and kids, no beer though, but you can bring your own ;) ! Anyone up for it?

I'm sorry to have to be the one to break this news but unfortunately Billing Aquadrome have cancelled next weekend due to the weather. The ground is that bad currently, the site organisers are hiring in pumps in an attempt to shift the surface water. However, the weather forecast for the next 10 days is not expected to be any better and therefor they have decided to call it off today. They said they wanted to give the car clubs as much prior notice as possible. Obviously we are devastated, as this was meant to be our main summer event this year. We have spoken to the ZClub and they are still committed to holding their 30th annivessary later on this summer at Bil…
