Ok... we have finalised some of the details for the SE 09 calendar photoshoot. The dates/times are now set in stone so many apologies if this means you are unable to attend. The final date for this is: Saturday 13th September 2008 @ 19:00hrs... thats 7PM ;) The location is not yet set in stone but Neil (DarksideTT) and myself are looking into possible options. Our primary option is Canary Wharf though we are investigating how and if this is possible. Zed-Fest 2008 September 12th,13th and 14th September This event will be held at our new venue, Sherbrooke Scout Camp, Mansfield Road, Calverton, Notts. NG 14 6HP on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12 - 14 September 2008. There will be an entry fee of £7.50 per car for the whole event. Whether you attend for one, two or three days this fee will apply. There is a charge of £2.50 per person per night for camping. (Rates for mobile homes/ caravans differ) (contact me re this & caravan rates). Ok, how are we gonna do this? I mean, do we go for taking photo's of individual cars and voting on which ones are best? Or a some sort of group photo? i know its a little early, but how do you guys here in the irl region feel about us taking a 300zx.co.uk club stand at the above event, there are no details available as regards costs etc as yet, but i dont want to make enqueries about a stand if nobody is interested, japfest @mondello is the biggest/only jap car show over here with club stands, trade stands, time attack, drag and drifting. this would be the FIRST time ever the club took a stand at any event in irl., if there was enough interest, i would ask the neo for a small contribution towards costs, and we should have our region banner by then as well. its also possible i might ask on the z club and see if any o…

In amongst the shyt weather we have had, there would appear to be (according to the BBC website) a ray of sunshine over the cornish metropolis tomorrow. Ideal for all us far venturing cornish to get our Zeds out of the garage and get together for a natter and a bit of breakfast. Shall we say 1000 at Hell's Mouth Cafe again? Some of us local lads/ladesses have been talking about having a local meet anyway, so thought I'd put it up here The Boot Map Saturday 6th (Postponed 1 week due to JAE) I have spoken to the manager and he's happy for us to use the car park, although he suggested getting there early due to the car park filling up, although it is a decent size.
