I would like to invite all members of this club to the first annual Dorset Japanese Car Show (DJCS). The show is to take place on Sunday 2nd August 2009 at the Canford Park Arena near Poole in Dorset. With over 100 car clubs invited it's going to be a car packed day with the finest Japanese cars from the last 40 years on display. If 10 or more of you come along you will be given your own club stand area or alternatively if there are fewer than 10 you can still exhibit your cars on the 'Mixed Club' stand which will be within the show ground! There will be loads to do and see from fairground rides to climbing walls to a large range of traders offering sp…

Right so we have noone moaning its too late, does anyone fancy coming? Me and my bro haven't missed one yet: it's always the second tuesday of every month. Hundreds of really interesting cars turn up, £1 entry per car, there's a burger van, hog roast, real ale in the pub opposite etc This will be the last one i can get to because the silver zed is going off the road as its MOT expires and we're going to get all the bodywork done on it in the meantime. Until the V8 is finished I won't be able to get to any more :( 1) Bantambunny

Hi all, Ok, the Zed's MOT was due today but I knew that it would never pass with the state that the sills are in. After work, I had one of our MOT testers check it over........... It turns out that all he would have failed it on, would have been the bodywork - everything else is A-ok :D It appears that it's even had the rear brake pipes renewed prior to me buying it. Anyway, I started on the OSR sill tonight.............see the pics

Since the SC rr has been cancelled, just wondering if anyone would be interested in a joint RR session slap bang in the middle of all 3 areas. Looking at TSR in Bridgwater which is a half way house between the SC and D&C areas and also right on the southern tip of the ASG area. I am sure the interest from the SC region might still be there, especially if we can make it a large joint event. I am sure it'll be a bumper meet! Just wondering if anyone's interested before I get in touch with TSR and pass all this info onto the REOs? Cheers
