Just a heads up on this later on today is the fuel blockade along the A55 i think its seen some interest so if you want to get home quick or need to use the carrigeway i'd it might be an idea to find an alternate route!! chris

Well, as im now national events organizer, id like to get some of the large events organized for us as a club to go to next year. It will need the support of everyone for this to happen, as what happens at the moment, is we get a event advertised, people say they are going and then some pull out at the last min, some just don't turn up. and it ends up with just a small group of us there. After JAE and I've had the chance to settle in and meet people at JAE. it will be nice to organize some events and club meets to bring us all together before JAE, i know some cars are not available over the winter period, and some are off the road due to modifications or repai…

Hi Guy's and Gal's. Many years ago, before I had even thought about a Zed (well I had thought, but couldn't afford one...lol) I was involved with a club called Merseyside Classic Wheels. I have kept in touch and I rejoined all my old buddies when I purchased my Zed. So following the very successful Zedworld bash (thanks for all who came) we thought it is time to look towards the forum regional meets. MEET & RIDE So what we are have in mind is “Meet and ride” days rather than meet in a pub car park, annoy the locals and landlord and bugger off freezing cold 5 hours later. So by Meet and Ride what we have in mind is a series of monthly meets where we will meet at a suitable designated point for the usual putting faces to names etc. and them say a 30 minute drive in a fun convoy (no racing) to a second pre-arranged location which is good for photo's etc., we will post up the pics of each meet and will do small prize…

Hi Guys Just to let you know Team Japspeed will be at Round 1 of the British Drift Championship this Easter Weekend at Donington Park! Practice and Qualifying will be held on Good Friday (22nd) and the battles will take place on Saturday 23rd :) Shane Lynch, Paul Smith and Steve 'Baggsy' Biagioni will be hoping to make an impressive start to the season with all three cars overgoing a major overhaul including a brand new sequential gearbox in Shane's V8 powered S15 and a 1JZ engine conversion in Baggsy's Impreza. OK you don't know this, but I am a straight and honest fella, and have a favour to ask anyone not too far away ! What I am after is to borrow one or 2 wheels with tyres for a few days. Basically I am getting my rear tyres swapped and can get them fitted and balanced FOC if I supply them loose and dont mind waiting a day or 3. My prob is its a bit tight to get my car jacked from the o/s from were its kept. So if anyone can loan me a couple of wheels with tyres, I can swap over my wheels and drive it from the nearby carpark back to my drive and repeat when the new tyres are fitted. If you can help, please PM me :)

hey everyone, Kieth has very kindly aggreed to let us have a BBQ at his place :clap: so we could combine this with a bit of a road run, followed by some photos at the llake (well, it is in wales) etc what weekend would be good for everyone else? i know im tied up ;-) on the 29th and 300zx_666 and i will both be at rising sun the weekend of 7th but im good the most of the rest of the year lol so, any suggestions for a date??

I Wanted to see what ideas we could raise for local meets the sunshine is quickly approacing and seems to be here to stay for a bit, so ideal time i thought to get some local meet ideas under way i think these have been suggested so far> Rolling Road Day BBQ (should have more than one before the year is out) Some general meets with a nice pub after ;) tunnel/scenery Runs (with photos) * Jae convoy? ** * I think this is a good one start off at one end of the border and work are way thorough the county's picking members up as we go, would take some organising but well worth it imo! the A55 tunnel run also sounds a must for the summer months…
