  1. Started by znut,

Any plans starting to get laid yet over a NW convoy down to JAE

  2. Started by Rata2ie,

All A bit of local info for you on getting to and from JAE this year... If you are coming down on the A1 then you should know there are delays / closures on the A43 at Corby. Our village website has the details or PM me for more information. http://www.geddington.net/2013/09/a43-closure-chaos/ Anyone coming via the A14 then I suggest you get off at junction 10 and not 9 as your satnavs or the websites will probably say. It is a lot quicker and easier that way on three counts 1) you will be fighting local traffic going to Tesco's 2) there are three roundabouts and a set of traffic lights on the J9 route ending on turning right into Wickie's, J10 route is q…

For the next North Wales meet we're looking to do a run out to New Brighton towards the end of August. Haven't finalised the details yet but thought we could all meet in Chester, drive down to new Brighton for some fish & chips, then onto Woodside or Seacombe for a few good photos with the Liverpool skyline in the background. Maybe do the 31st August or 1st September?

  7. For advanced weekend tickets ONLY, save your self £10 from on the gate prices, day tickets will still be available on the gate. FINAL DAY TO GET ADVANCED TICKETS IS 1st of September. http://www.japcarclub.com/store/buy-tickets/

  9. Will obviously leave this to the respective REO as to whether your area would want to take part in this. It's easy access for all South Central members being just off the A303 near Wincanton. Haynes Motor Museum is an awesome place. We had a Z meet there about 6 or 7 years ago and people came from Wales, Devon, Cornwall, the south coast. I think it's high time another large gathering was organised for those that either don't want to make the drive up to northern wherever to where most of the large shows are. http://www.haynesmotormuseum.com/ There are some awesome cars here and it really is a great day out and not expensive. If anyone isn't aware of th…

If anyone isn't aware of this place, then I'd be surprised. It's owned by John Haynes who started the Haynes Manuals and is one of the largest car collections in the UK. Entrance is only a tenner, so it isn't going to break anyon…

Hi guys, well Another year, and another JAE, So information for you all. This year the location is the same apart from one change. the area is slightly smaller, but not by much, last year we had a square area where most of us ended up pitching tents (Square G3 in the image below). we no longer have that area. this not only keeps the area more Square, saves a bit of club funds but also will make us use more of the space available to us. Anyway, for those who came last year, you will know where we are. but for those new this year and hoping to attend. its mainly right by the main gate to the event. but far enough away not to be that bothered by the coming a…

  13. Started by Lexx,

A few of the lads from 350z-uk are arranging a Scarborough meet for Sunday 25th August. More details to follow, but basically sounds like a meet up around 1100, lunch, and some banter. I shall be there, and so far about 5 x 350's. This is basically another attempt from me to get an inter club meet somewhere in our region! If this clashes with any other shows, then tough  Cheers Al

I have arranged a plot on a large area attached to a lovely pub called the three horseshoes just off the M11 at Stansted for Saturday 24th August. Excellent food and drink, it would be a nice place to have lunch if required, meet from 11am. The plot has plenty of room, we have half the area which is enough for 30 cars comfortably. http://www.threehorseshoesmolehillgreen.co.uk/findus.html Let's get a list going: Joely P Cyberbean tomomontana Rolandas surreyseagull66 Possibles: Santa

  16. Started by Tommo,

Hey guys, I couldn't make Simply Japanese as my holiday overran (gutted x100), and looking at the Hayes meet I won't be able to come to that either due to other commitments (gutted x1000). I still haven't been up close to a Z32 yet and was wondering if anyone was free in the hampshire area for me to pop along. I can come to you and don't need a passenger ride or anything, just would like to come sit in/chat etc. I'm located in Winchester so within striking distance from there would be grand. Thanks Tom

  18. As there's no REO here, I'll post this up to see if any of you guys fancy it. It's relatively easy access too being off of the A303, not too far from Yeovil. 19. Log your interest now if you will, but this thread will develop over the next week. I propose a meet at the Cheddar site, plenty of parking great little national speed limit twisty road, perfect place to hit up in September once the tourists start to clear. Great opportunity to meet up and get some in action shots. Watch this space more to come.

Comments about the previous venue have been acted on, and as such the full event has ben moved to Cark in Cartmel. Below is the plan as outline by the main organisor.
