With the TRAX show not on our radar early enough last year I thought I would put a stick in the sand for next years event. Date is yet to be announced but last year was mid July so I'm assuming it will be at around the same time this time around. Im looking to get enough cars together to book a club stand and to allow enough time for those who wish to have a blast round the track time to book their preferred session time. If we end up low on numbers I can ask the 350/370Z boys if they want to share a stand but either way I need a good idea of numbers early so I can let them know too. Its that time of year again, and I have been asked if we are doing another fireworks/bbq. As most of the Northwest/Wales members know, I have been really busy of late converting my new garage space and now its nearly there, I can slow down abit. Ok my other sister now wants to buy a Z, in the last week, we have looked at 2, and inquired about another one by lengthy txts, all from Donedeal and as follows 1.No NCT lots of txts going well all seemed fine until the night before we were going to look at it, it developed a brake line leak, a fuel leak, a broken exhaust and a couple of other thing, all caused I think by a guilty conscience, however it saved us a trip. Hi guys/gals Does anyone fancy a meet sometime soon? Doesn't have to be anything special, possibly the prison cafe in Norwich, nice car park overlooking mousehold heath and the city. Noel is running a thread for the team competing in the event however we have been offered a club stand too so ill sort that out. So after paying at the gate you will more than likely get parked near the time attack driving course . A great chance to display your pride and joy if your not hooning down the drag strip. on the way back from Cork, stopped at McDonalds Dungarvan to get a coffee, next thing there a jeep blocked me in, guy gets out, "i just bought one of these last week" ended up talking to him and his wife for about 40 mins, pointed him to the club here, gave him CiaranZ number,as he needs some parts, its a 1990 grey TT Auto, sounds like a UK spec, told him about Richie K, as he lives nearest, his name is Jim and he lives between Cappoquin and Lismore in Waterford, he is a car enthusiast, and hopes to have it on the road soon, so watch out for him on here
