Right, time has come to get this sorted!! Firstly, It's held at the East ot England showground in Peterborough on the 22nd/23rd July! http://www.showground.org.uk/ You are allowed to arrive on the 21st to help set up the stand (more people the better please) Last years show, IMHO was the best ive ever been to, Id like to think we can better it this year. Here is the layout of the show, Im hoping to get the same spot as we did last year. As you can see there is ample camping area, We will allow tents on our stand on the understanding that if they are in the way they will be taken down before the show opens to the general public. JAE is almost upon us, and once again it will be the annual AGM, your chance to have your say face to face with the committee. Unfortunately it seems alot of members are unable to make both days of JAE weekend, but wish to ask a question to the committee. So to be fair, any member who has a question, but may not be available to ask it, are welcome to PM me thier question, or post it up here. I warn you all now, this thread is not for debate of any questions, it is specificly to ask, any posts that are not questions to the committee will be deleted. Look forward to seeing you all at JAE.

Right as a Z member lives 10 metes away, we decided to see what interest there was for a meet in this area I am sure we can get 5-10 people interested. There is grass area behind my small house where we could play footy or erm get bbq going Should be plenty of parking, warning is a residential place so no dodgy driving I am sure it would be a laugh
