Hey guys i was just wondering if i could pick your brains. I was involved in a pretty bad car crash on Saturday night with another car and im adamant it was not my fault but theres always 2 sides to any story so what do you think? as i write this i have been waiting on the phone in a queue to Orange for over half an hour. i took advantage (or rather, am trying to take advantage) of their free broadband offer. sorted this out with a rep in an orange shop over 5 weeks ago. im supposed to be paying just £5 (on top of my mobile bill) for unlimited 8 meg b/b, but im still being charged £17.99 (on top of my mobile bill) for limited 2gb b/b. spoke to one customer rep who put me onto this number (550) and said it would get sorted straight away, and i'd get refunded anything i've been charged incorrectly. it's now nearly 40 minutes and i'm listening to Christmas tunes, and THAT woman saying "we a…
