Ok so i have the dilemma of picking a car to stand in while i build my zed. Budget is up to 3k and all these are within it. Now this car is gonna be my main sports car for at least a year with very little mods going onto it unless i see bargains :D I just need the power under my foot still cant be driving the truck alone for a year haha. Just looking at option about manual conversions for NA supras and R33 GTST skylines. What sort of price do they go for and is it engine in job also how long and how much of a PITA. Ive been looking at a Aerotop Supra you see and cant decide between that or a R33 GTST as a run around.

With me about to strip the zed and the other one down south in primer currently and no mot or tax im twitching without a fun motor. Been looking about for a S13 to have some fun in but prices on them have gone crazy and it seems to be hard to find any going now apart from the ones on ebay. Been looking at Ireland as i was given a link and would you believe it 180sx`s are quite cheap over there along with a S15 Spec S NA that is up for sale at £2300 i think it was. Now im twitching to get something so i can either find a car now, get a Honda Fireblade as im doing my DAS this month or just sit on my pot of gold as im off on holiday in 6 weeks ish for 6 months :)

Apart from the love affair with the zed I also have a weakness for calibra'sI started off with a 16v redtop(c20xe) on a H plate but I went through a few I bought thgis one a 93 on the l plate this is how I bought her ,no tax,mot and looking very poor she didnt stay that way for long,I got her home,and started to bring her back up to a much more presentable apearance I removed the old clothe interior and fitted in the leather I lowerd it by 40mm,fitted the remus exhaust system and my O.Z Super,t's,untill the engine decided to go bang so i bought a v6 calibra with a good engine but poor body but before the engine conversion i fitted in the Astra G…

Hey all does anyone know the exact ruling on sorning your car at the min, im a little confused (not hard) since the recent rule change i plan to sorn the car in a month or so to address various issues its recently developed, do i have to have it insured/mot'd/taxed whilst on a sorn if its parked on private land? failing that anyone know a good storage place for cars in the northwest lol? chris

Anyone else dabble a bit in the markets i use a great platform site called interactive investor and have am doing ok :D My shares are up 15% in 2 days and i expect them to continue to rise this week. Currently on a profit so not just making losses back result :)
