  4. Thats ok mate your welcome.... realy got to get myself to costco real soon........... btw was that price including vat?
  5. Buy some turbo jackets maybe?
  6. Sometimes what i do is put on a bit of 2inch hose then block the end with a screw, put some plumbers tape on the screw and cable tie each end, done :D
  7. Happy birthday matey. Have a good one.
  8. I cant use the ally bungs as i ditched the rubber pipe so minemust be a rubber or silicon one to go over the big intake nipple. And btw the intake pipe will not get hot... just realised its the intake pipe about a foot from the maf so i doubt it will crumble and die due to heat this part of the system soesnt get hot ;)
  9. omg £25 for a COUPLE OF BUNGS ahhhhhhhhhhhh not thanks not in this world....... il stick with my 2 quid chair ends...
  10. hmmmmm wasnt thining about heat....... ah il find some silicon bungs from somewhere im sure.
  11. YEah kinda like that but the other way round, they bung over the top of the intake pipe female ones if that makes sense lol
  12. I just bought some chair rubber bung ends and they fit nicely with a little stretch...... cost £2 from homebase. Anyway here is what i have done so far, Just waiting for the Valve now.......
  13. You trying to ruin our fun? :( i only weight 79kgs and ive never got a full tank, each ltr of fuel weights 1kg so il say i have half a tank max which is about 30kg :D friends? i dont have any, apart from you cyrus:D so il add my weight and petrol to the total which works out at 1569kg. :D dam still heavy :(
  14. If hunting for more than about 650bhp flywheel, I wont be aiming for more than 600bhp so a dual intake wont be necessary here. The q45 will alow 20% more than the z32 maf. I do have two z32 mafs though. But i wont be needing them soon.
  15. think hes got lightweight tail with light glass aswell among other things...
  16. weighing station near me, and u?
  17. You can buy bovs with dual ports so instead of dumping to atmosphere you can dump it back into the system like the recircs, i think z1 have the extra bits for this with their bovs. have a lookon their site.
  18. 1500kg? thats good, mine is 1470kg with my 17icnh wheels on... next i plan to install lightweight windows.. btw some zeds can be 1800kg ones with silly ice setups and cheap as big wheels and other crap....
  19. ah im not faffing about with all that stuff now, already made my mind up :D just need to buy a reducer and some metal pipe and im done. all in all the q45 setup will have cost me, £40 for the maf £8 for a reducer and £6 for some stright pipe thats £54.
  20. pipework arrived today just as i was walking up the driveway the postman walked in with me lol. just gota wait for the BOV now. all in i recon it will set me back about £60.
  21. The SWB are alot lighter than the LWB some weight alot more depending on what ICE crap they have installed some hitting close to the 1800kg mark......
